Indecent Act

In 1952 a Nigeria tourist to London was arrested for an indecent act with a pigeon in Trafalgar Square. The law at the time stated that an indecent act cannot be committed against a human being or an animal. The defence tried to show that the pigeon cannot be classified as an animal. The judge disagreed and the man was fined £50. He was fined an additional £10 for taking the bird home to eat!
