Since the 17th century, The Dove in Hammersmith, has been providing politicians, poets, writers, artists and royalty a spot to enjoy beers and ales, while making history. The pub was a favourite of Charles II and his mistress Nell Gwynn. It was also the pub where James Thompson was said to have penned ‘Rule Britannia’. More recently it was entered into the Guinness Book of World Records for having the smallest pub room in the world.
A little gem on the River Thames, drenched in history and atmosphere!
